How to upgrade or downgrade your agency
Upgrade to Premium
I'll assume you've already created your agency, evaluated your options, and decided to upgrade. Make your way to your agency management page. Switch to the "Billing / subscription" tab:
We use the Stripe payment service. We do not handle credit cards or other sensitive financial information directly.
Click the "Subscribe via Stripe" button. You'll leave this site and go to Stripe's:
Once you have paid you should return to your Billing tab, now showing your subscription status:
From here you can cancel your subscription at any time to downgrade to Basic again.
Downgrade to Basic
Make your way to your agency's "Billing / subscription" tab as before. Click the "Cancel my subscription". You'll see this prompt:
Your Billing / subscription tab should now indicate that you cancelled your subscription. You should still have some time remaining. It will show you about when the cancellation will take effect, returning your agency to Basic status.
