 Car Flags

The New Jersey State Flag was adopted on May 11, 1896. It has a buff (light tan) background, with the state seal in the center. The design was created by Pierre Eugène Du Simitière and presented in May of 1777. The horse head on the seal symbolizes speed and strength, while the forward-facing helmet of a knight's suit of armor represents the sovereignty of a state that governs itself.

New Mexico state flag consists of a yellow field (background) with a Zia Indian sun in red as its central symbol. Officially adopted on March 15, 1925.

The Montana State Flag features the Great Seal of the State of Montana on a blue background. The seal depicts a plow, shovel, and pick resting in a field in front of the Great Falls of the Missouri River. The ribbon contains the state motto, "ORO Y PLATA," Spanish for "gold and silver." The word "MONTANA" appears in yellow above the seal.

The flag of Wisconsin features a blue background with the state coat of arms in the center. "Wisconsin" is written in white at the top and the year "1848" in white at the bottom. The state coat of arms includes the motto "Forward," a badger (the state animal), and symbols representing farming, mining, and manufacturing. The top of the coat of arms reads "Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin" and below it are 13 stars, representing the original states.

The state flag of Virginia consists of the obverse of the seal against a blue background. The state seal shows a woman personifying virtue and dressed as an Amazon. She wears a helmet and holds a spear and sword above the Latin motto “Sic semper tyrannis” (“Thus always to tyrants”).

The official flag of Kansas consists of a dark blue rectangle arranged horizontally with the state seal aligned in the center. The state name "KANSAS" is printed below the seal. Above the seal is a sunflower sitting over a gold and light blue bar. The state seal tells the history of Kansas and pioneer life. The thirty-four stars clustered at the top of the seal signify that Kansas was the 34th state to be accepted into the Union of the United States.

The official design of North Dakota's flag has remained unchanged since March 11, 1911. All other designs and colors have been variations of it. The flag features a bald eagle holding an olive branch in one talon and seven arrows in the other. The eagle also carries a scroll with the motto "E pluribus unum" in its beak. Above the eagle are thirteen stars arranged in parallel rows of 7 and 6, topped by a gold sunburst. Below the eagle is a scroll inscribed with the state's name. All these elements are set against a blue background.

The New York State Flag was adopted on April 2, 1901. It features a blue background with the state's coat of arms, officially adopted in 1778. The coat of arms includes a sun symbol, two supporters, and the motto "Excelsior" ("Ever upward") on a ribbon. Below the sun, there is a depiction of the Hudson River.

It begins in Anchorage and finishes in Nome, Alaska. Alaska is the largest state in the United States by area. It is situated in the northwest extremity of the North American continent, with Canada to the east, the Arctic Ocean to the north, and the Pacific Ocean to the west and south, with Russia further west across the Bering Strait. Approximately half of Alaska's 710,231 residents live within the Anchorage metropolitan area. Alaska is the 49th state.

Emperor Geese on Chiniak Bay. Chiniak is a census-designated place in Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska, United States. The population was 50 at the 2000 census.
 Alaska is the largest state in the United States by area. The New Hampshire State Flag features two seals, with the corporate seal being more well-known. The Great Seal shows the frigate USS Raleigh surrounded by a laurel wreath with nine stars. The Raleigh was among the first 13 warships built in 1776. The flag, with a blue field, was adopted on January 1, 1932.

Lower Tahquamenon Falls State Park, Michigan photo product. Easy to customize with your message. We took photographs of the waterfalls sightseeing when we decided to take a Wisconsin and Michigan loop trip. The state park has a nice campsite and is the second largest of Michigan's state parks. The Tahquamenon Falls include a single 50-foot (15-meter) drop, the Upper Falls, and the cascades and rapids collectively called the Lower Falls. The Upper Falls is one of the largest waterfalls east of the Mississippi.
