The state of Maryland flag was adopted on March 9, 1904. It consists of the coat of arms of the Crossland family in red and white quarters, and the arms of The 1st Baron Baltimore in black and gold quarters. The Crossland family was the family of Lord Baltimore's mother from South Crosland in West Yorkshire, England. The flag's design includes a cross bottony with the red and white sides of the cross alternating. The arms of The 1st Baron Baltimore were granted as a reward for his storming a fortification during a battle in the black and gold quarters of the flag.

The Alaska State Flag has eight gold stars forming the Big Dipper and Polaris. The North Star symbolizes Alaska's future and northern location. A dark blue background and the North Star symbolize Alaska's future and northern location.

The flag of Nevada was adopted in 1991. It features a bright blue field with the state's emblem in the upper corner. The emblem consists of a large white star with the phrase "Battle Born" above it, which signifies the state's history of joining the Union during the Civil War. Below the star is the state name, "NEVADA," with sprigs of Goldenrod displayed underneath.

The flag of Washington features a dark green field with the state seal at the center, which includes a portrait of George Washington and the words "The Seal of the State of Washington 1889" inside a ring.

Hawaii State Flag has eight alternating horizontal white, red, and blue stripes, with the United Kingdom's Union Flag in the top corner. The flag ratio is 4:7. The design has been adjusted to fit the product. The Hawaiian Islands are an archipelago of eight major islands, several atolls, numerous smaller islets, and undersea sea mounts in the North Pacific Ocean, extending some 1,500 miles from the island of Hawaii in the south to northernmost Kure Atoll.

The Utah State Flag was adopted on March 9, 2024, a newly redesigned flag. The flag has a rectangular design divided into three sections by two lines. The top section is blue, the middle section is white and contains a blue hexagon outlined in gold with a gold beehive inside, and the bottom section is red. Below the blue hexagon, there is a white five-pointed star.

Utah State Car Flag

The New Jersey State Flag was adopted on May 11, 1896. It has a buff (light tan) background, with the state seal in the center. The design was created by Pierre Eugène Du Simitière and presented in May of 1777. The horse head on the seal symbolizes speed and strength, while the forward-facing helmet of a knight's suit of armor represents the sovereignty of a state that governs itself.

Beautiful Alaskan Mountain View with Boat and a touch of sunburst in this photo. Alaska is the largest state in the United States by area. It is situated in the northwest extremity of the North American continent, with Canada to the east, the Arctic Ocean to the north, and the Pacific Ocean to the west and south, with Russia further west across the Bering Strait. Approximately half of Alaska's 710,231 residents live within the Anchorage metropolitan area. Alaska is the 49th state.

The Smithsonian Castle, located near the National Mall in Washington, D.C. behind the National Museum of African Art and the Sackler Gallery, houses the Smithsonian Institution's administrative offices and information center. The building is constructed of Seneca red sandstone in the faux Norman style (a 12th-century combination of late Romanesque and early Gothic motifs) and is nicknamed the Castle.
