Votes for Women Vintage Women's Suffrage Postcard

American women got the right to vote in 1920, when the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified, but the suffragette movement started decades before, in 1848. "Votes for Women" was one of the women's suffrage movement's main rallying cries. Here is a postcard with a vintage image, hand-drawn in 1911, of a woman holding a banner with that phrase.
