Since I was young, I have found peace and comfort in nature. Surrounded by beautiful sights, sounds, and smells, my mind clears and my energy renews. Through my camera lens, I try to capture some of the beauty that makes me smile, and the creatures that make me laugh. 

Here, it is my hope that by bringing my creations into your life, you may enjoy some of the many benefits the natural world can offer in all of our moods and seasons. As a former high school English teacher, I also have a strong draw to quotes from remarkable minds, and I enjoy sharing positive messages that I find encouraging. Today it is more important than ever to speak with ourselves gently, and to teach our children to do the same.
