We are so lucky to see squirrels throughout the year in our backyard. They make us laugh with their silly antics as they attempt to sneak up from behind the fence and raid the bird feeder

I took the photo of this squirrel, but for the background, I couldn't resist looking for a photo with nuts! To me, he looks like he is saying, "For me?"

Who am I? It is a question we visit and revisit often throughout life. And this quote by Emily Dickinson captures that journey perfectly.

Written in a letter to a friend, Dickinson was talking about the loss of some of her most important items on a move to her new home. She was, quite literally, out with a lantern looking for herself!

Regardless, ever the poet, her words take on a second layer of meaning, and it is good to know that in our own journey, we are in good company!

Self-Discovery Inspirational Quote Notebook

Santa Caws loves to play poker (a.k.a. "crow-ker"). Celebrate the holiday season and invite friends and family to a game night and poker party with a "Crowmas" theme. This light-hearted gothic black and pink theme is especially a fun way to engage older children like preteens and teens who may no longer believe in Santa Claus. This "Santa" loves cawfee and gambling, giving him just a little more "edge" than that "jolly old elf."

If you love the theme, be sure to check out the full collection, which is full of coordinating party accessories, apparel and more for the whole family: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/119238062592557627 .
