Birders, bird watchers, nature lovers and ornithologists will love the saying "Eat. Sleep. Bird. Repeat." on this spiral notebook celebrating their favorite hobby. Whether they are a casual fan who enjoys the birds in their backyards, or a serious wildlife photographer who loves documenting the interesting lives of these beautiful songbirds, they will love the cute birds peeking out from the letters. A bright red cardinal, a soft dove, an adorable downy woodpecker, and a striking blue jay all make their appearance on this journal cover, just like they frequently enjoy visiting our yards!
