SUMMARY:  Japanese triptych print shows circus at Yasukuni Jinja, originally called Shokonsha, Tokyo, Japan, with acrobats, trapeze artists, and horseback stunt riders. MEDIUM:  1 print on hōsho paper (3 sheets) : woodcut, color ; each block 35.5 x 24.3 cm., each sheet 36 x 24.3 cm. CREATED/PUBLISHED:  Japan : Masadaya, 1871.
