This little Alpine doe is named Paint.  She has a big white spot on her side that you can't see in this photo that makes her look like an overo Paint horse.  I love photography and animals.

This is my Phoenix rooster.  It is a rare breed and he is a rare color of the rare breed.  Most of them are Silver Phoenix and he is a Red Phoenix.

This is the front cover from the book "Easy To Read" Copyright, 1882. D. Lothrop & Co. Boston Mass. I think it is very cute. I hope you enjoy it also. The book is over 100 years old so all the pages have that perfect patina to them. Some pages have stains as you can see in the corner of this image but that only adds to the character and charm. I love really old books.
