This is the first Scovie duckling born this year.  I'm not sure which female of mine laid the egg that this beautiful duckling hatched from but I do know that my drake, Yankee is the sire.  I love my Scovies!

First Scovie of the Season Magnet

This is a Silver Laced Cochin chick.  He or she is so pretty and is going to be huge when full grown.  It is such a sweet little chick and didn't seem to mind at all about having its photo taken in a little studio setting.  It just sat there looking pretty for me :)  I never force a chick to do something it doesn't want to do to get these photos.

Blue Hen Magnet

Photography by Angelandspot in 2008  One of the 3 Blue Hens in my flock.  They are just mixed breed hens but they are my favorite ones for their pretty blue color.  They lay beautiful green shell eggs that look just like natural dyed Easter Eggs

This is Sky.  She is one of my 3 Muscovy hen ducks.  She's a real sweetie as are the others.  Most people can't believe just how sweet they are because they think Muscovy ducks are wild and crazy but my Muscovy are more like dogs that follow me around and let me pick them up and hold them.  This photo is as is with no editing work done to it.
