This is from McFadden Language Series :Grammar and Composition by Effie B. McFadden Copyright 1915 by Rand McNally & Company. There were only 4 color plates in this book.  One of the many students that used this book in the past wrote on this page.  Rather than edit out the writing I left it to add more character.
