Digitally Painted Artwork - In April 2011 for the 21st Anniversary of Hubble, NASA released a lovely image of two galaxies interacting to form what looks like a rose with stem. Together the pair are "Arp 273". The larger of the spiral galaxies UGC 1810 is being pulled into a distorted "rose" spiral thanks to to the gravitational influence of the companion "stem" galaxy below it (UGC 1813).
