Customers No Longer See Digital Downloads? Not Exactly.
This is a concerning development for those of us Zazzlers who sell digital downloads. At first blush, by removing the mockup that shows a hand holding up a phone with an e-vite on the phone screen, superimposed over the invitation design, customers may be left wondering if digital downloads are now no longer available.
Actually, digital downloads are still available and accessible; on the "Choose Your Format" drop-down list of choices (located on the right of the image in the individual product pages), select the option "Instant Download" or "Prints + Instant Download".
