For those with an intolerance to gluten. This can help inform people that you are intolerant to gluten, and so help you avoid consuming it by accident. Celiac disease (also spelt Coeliac disease) can cause a wide range of symptoms, including diarrhea, abdominal pain and bloating.  

Coeliac disease is caused by when consuming a product that contains gluten and having an adverse reaction to it.

Gluten is a dietary protein which is found in 3 types of cereal wheat, barley and rye. So you will need to avoid foods in which these are an ingredient, or used in the making of the product. Also you need to be weary of cross contamination with other foods that do contain gluten

Stimming, short for "self-stimulatory behavior," refers to repetitive physical movements, sounds, or behaviors that some individuals engage in, often as a way to self-soothe, manage sensory input, or express emotions. Stimming is most commonly associated with individuals on the autism spectrum, but it can also be seen in people with other neurodevelopmental conditions, as well as neurotypical individuals under certain circumstances, such as when they are anxious or stressed.
