In professions, hiring the replacements (scabs, union busters), is not always better. In the beginning of the 2011-2012 NFL season, replacement referees were hired in place of the real referees. Their judgement had not been the best and make the real refs look good. These you can see in the "Ref'd Up" folder. The replacements here are everything else, starting with replacement artist. This artist is just learning to draw and loves crayons. You wanted a nice painting in your living room, but refused to pay for a good artist. This is what you get.
