Mount Cleveland, Alaska Postcard

One of the most active volcanoes in the Aleutian Arc, Cleveland has erupted at least 21 times in the last 230 years. A VEI 3 eruption in 1944 produced the arc's only direct volcanic fatality. Most recently Mount Cleveland has erupted three times in 2009, twice in 2010, and once in 2011. Beautiful Alaskan Mountain View with Boat and a touch of sunburst in this photo. Alaska is the largest state in the United States by area. It is situated in the northwest extremity of the North American continent, with Canada to the east, the Arctic Ocean to the north, and the Pacific Ocean to the west and south, with Russia further west across the Bering Strait. Approximately half of Alaska's 710,231 residents live within the Anchorage metropolitan area. Alaska is the 49th state. If you are in a hurry and would like to see something from a particular place that I don't have yet, just let me know and I will come up with something. Send a message to sandy@sandyspider.com or sandyswebnetwork@gmail.com if you would like to see any of these designs on a product not shown. I will gladly make a custom-made product just for you.
