There are  many times in life when we would like to thank someone for helping us through a health crisis. Whether you lost someone due to Coronavirus or cancer or any other health issue, or whether your loved on survived and you want to thank the caregivers and health care professionals that took care of them and nursed them back to health, this card is perfect. You can personalize it to say the loved one they took care of such as sister, dad, mom or whoever.

The front of the card has a lovely photo of a white peonie and says, "Happy Birthday Aunt (Add Name)." You can edit that text to say whatever you'd like. Just add your aunt's name in the customize area.

Whether they have a chronic illness like Lyme disease, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Coronavirus or just went through something super hard, like a divorce, losing a job, a loss, or maybe they suffer from depression or another mental disability. This card is just saying I am here for you, don't fake being ok, I'm here for you. I drew this lady myself, as I have a chronic condition too so I can relate to these feelings. I hope this drawing and card helps support someone else and make them not feel so all alone.

"Wishing you a Better Than Baseline Day." 

When patients are chronically ill, they don't ever feel good. But they have a "baseline" group of symptoms that they learn to function with. Not get used to them, but only function with. 

I refer to this "daily group of symptoms" as baseline. 

When symptoms get worse, they are "below baseline" and when they have less symptoms or more manageable symptoms they are "above baseline."

So a "better than baseline day" is having a better then average day.
