Reform SCOTUS

"Our Supreme Court is facing a legitimacy crisis.... we no longer have a Supreme Court that can be trusted to uphold constitutional rights, democratic principles, and judicial norms in this country" (American Constitution Society). We need to add 4 seats to the Court, and establish term limits and a code of ethics.
