Spread a little Christmas cheer with these adorable backyard cuties!

This cute rabbit found refuge in our backyard for much of the summer last year. On some days, I even found him sleeping behind our coneflowers with his back against the fence. 

The squirrel made me laugh as he pondered me. I felt like he was asking for something to eat. I am so glad I was able to give it to him with this design! :D

Rustic Holiday Rabbit and Squirrel Double-Sided Throw Pillow

The bold yellow Tiger Swallowtail butterfly is featured on his favorite pink summer flower, the native perennial Joe Pye Weed. Two unique nature photos celebrate this butterfly, who spent quite a bit of time in my Ohio backyard garden last summer. It was such a joy to be able to observe him and capture these images as he moved from bloom to bloom gathering nectar from the plant.

When the month is done, give it to a kid and let them have at it! Doing a craft project? Stick it under to save on messy clean up. When I was a teacher, I would also fold these in half and stick other papers inside as a makeshift folder to keep separate projects organized on the go.
