Carousel horse from a  vintage 1915 wooden carousel by the Allan Herschell Company. Photo taken in 2008 at Easton, PA's Bushkill Park, one of the oldest amusement parks in the country. Sunshine yellow, the color of happiness and joy, optimism and warmth,  is the most noticable color on the spectrum and arouses cheerfulness, making it the perfect backdrop to send your best wishes on. Geometric abstraction,  also called geometric hard-edge painting, is a hard-edge painting style which in itself is an off-shoot of color field painting.
