This elegantly framed sketch of A Sleeping Cat is a reproduction of the work by French artist Jean Bernard Duvivier (1775-1883). 

The famous artist  was known for his realistic and detailed sketches of animals. In this sketch the artist has captured the cat's fur and the serene tone and expression we cat lover's feel when we see our beloved feline's sleeping.

The title "Sketch of a Sleeping Cat" and the artisit's name is set below the graphic with simple black font. If you find it detracts from the image you can use the on-screen design tool to delete the text.

This beautiful framed poster is a reproduction of the 1808 sketch Cat Drawing 19 by Jean Bernard Duvivier. Duvivier was a French artist who was known for his realistic and detailed sketches of animals.

This particular sketch, a favorite of mine, depicts a cat sitting in profile. The artist has captured the cat's fur, its expression, and its stance with great accuracy. The title of the sketch and the name of the famous French artist is set in black font below the graphic.

The original 1808 sketch hangs in the Rijksmueseum, located in Amsterdam. There, the piece of artwork is titled "Liggende kat, schuin van voren" which translates to Reclining cat, oblique from the front
