Chichen Itza Temple of Kukulcan south-west View Postcard

  Share

Photograph of the south-west view of the famous Temple of Kukulcan (or "El Castillo") in Chichen Itza (Chichén Itzá), which shows the temple in almost original condition unlike the usual angle from north-east. Chichén Itzá was a large city built by the Maya people in Yucatán, Mexico. El Castillo dominates the center of the Chichen Itza Mesoamerican archaeological site.
