The drawing is based on photographs the artist took in her own butterfly-friendly garden in Arizona. On a background of beige with flecks of red and blue. Bordered with southwest style geometric butterfly symbols in yellow, red, blue and black reflecting the patches of color on the wings of the Swallowtail.
