Southwest Roadrunners Trio Geometric Border Green Can Glass

This design features original pen and ink drawings of a roadrunner in three different poses. Also known as chaparral birds, these drawings are based on the roadrunners seen in the shrubland around the artist's southwestern home. Decorative bands using traditional southwest designs border the artwork. The background colors were inspired by the purple and green sagebrush, chaparral, scrub juniper and pinon in the area.
