Texas Longhorn on the Highway Postcard

All rights reserved © Angelandspot I saw a young Texas Longhorn running down the highway in a rural Missouri city and was told it happens all the time and the cow knows as soon as it sees a police car to put itself back into the pasture. I didn't understand why they don't tell the owner to make a better fence so that doesn't happen so the cow or a human in a car don't get injured someday. I tried to recreate the scene with digital art from memory.
