For pictures that pop, dial up the vibrancy with a high-definition digital printing process. Using CMYK inks plus a lighter shade of cyan and magenta, we're able to generate a broader range of colors to more accurately represent the real life behind your photos. Skin tones and pastel colors have never looked better. Your images will be brighter, more precise and livelier.

Our standard print process produces a full-color spectrum. Using liquid inks, our high-quality printing rivals the quality of flat printing, ensuring your images and designs are beautiful and vibrant.

Printed areas are translucent. No white ink underbase will be printed under images and text, which will allow various levels of light to pass through printed areas on the face shield. This means you will be able to partially see through art and text printed on the face shield.

No Underbase vs. White Underbase

Classic vs. White Underbase

Choosing the Right Base

Stickers are printed on a white base layer, allowing the design to pop. Matte finish.

Printed areas with white ink underbase are opaque, which means you can't see through those areas of the face shield. Wearers can see through the design if there is no white underbase below the color. The white underbase will brighten the colored ink above it, resulting in more vibrant colors.Automatic Opaque Design: White UnderbaseThis option prints white under all areas of the design except for the pre-set area around the eyes where no white ink underbase will be printed. You will not be able to see through art and text printed elsewhere on the face shieldAdvanced Opaque Design: Manual White UnderbaseThis option allows for a custom white ink underbase to be created. To do this, a second design area is unlocked where the white ink underbase can be defined. While images and text placed in this second design area define where white-ink underbase is printed, black images and text define where no white-ink underbase will be printed. Because visibility is important with face shields, designs where white ink underbase covers the areas that customers would expect to be able to see through will be rejected.

Printed areas with white ink underbase are opaque, which means you can't see through those areas of the floor decal. You can see through the design if there is no white underbase below the color. The white underbase will brighten the colored ink above it, resulting in more vibrant colors.
Opaque Design: All-over White Underbase
This option selects a completely white substrate, so art is printed on a solid white plastic background. You will not be able to see through art and text printed on the floor decal.
Automatic Opaque Design: White Underbase
This options prints white ink only under all images and text, blocking most light from passing through those areas of the floor decal. This means that, except for the areas where text and images have been added, you will be able to partially see through the floor decal.
